Online Education Daily Home Learning Video  22 February 2021 std 1 to 12

For many families, back to high school planning will look different this year than it's in previous years. Your school will have new policies in situ to stop the spread of COVID-19. you'll even be starting the varsity year with virtual learning components. regardless of the situation, these checklists are intended to assist parents, guardians, and caregivers, plan and steel oneself against the upcoming academic year .

Some of the changes in schools’ classroom attendance or structure may include:

Going back to high school this fall would require schools and families to figure together even quite before. Schools are going to be making changes to their policies and operations with several goals: supporting learning; providing important services, like school meals, extended daycare, extracurricular activities, and social services; and limiting the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Teachers and staff can teach and encourage preventive behaviors at college . Likewise, it'll be important for families to stress and model healthy behaviors reception and to speak to your children about changes to expect this academic year . albeit your child will attend school in-person, it's important to organize for the likelihood of virtual learning if school closes or if your child becomes exposed to COVID-19 and wishes to remain home.

Hybrid: a mixture of virtual learning and in-class learning. Hybrid options can apply a cohort approach to the in-class education provided.

Virtual/at-home only: Students and teachers engage in virtual-only classes, activities, and events.

Through responses to a survey and in-depth interviews, we are hearing about the range of approaches that exist, a number of which fit well for families and their children, et al. that simply don’t.

Cohorts: Dividing students and teachers into distinct groups that stick together throughout a whole school day during in-person classroom instruction. Schools may allow minimal or no interaction between cohorts (also sometimes mentioned as pods).

We hope to find out about ways in which distance learning can work well for college kids with education needs and also about families’ needs. We hope our findings can then be wont to better inform planning as schools begin to open.

Along with several researchers, i'm engaging with families across the country who are sharing stories about how they're supporting their children with education needs while schools are closed.

Some students who find structured schooling to be a poor fit are taking advantage of the shift to a more relaxed pace and self-directed learning. they will dance, jump and wiggle to their heart’s content. they will engage in tasks for a length of your time that works for them and make choices during their days. the proper quite distance learning paired with accessible technology and available supports could also be an excellent fit them.

Other students who thrive on a predictable routine, struggle with transitions and depend upon the strong relationships built over time with teachers and academic assistants are experiencing a variety of emotions, including worry, fear, anger and sadness.

Sleep is essential; less than 6 hours of sleep reduces productivity, at what age

Sleep is essential: Elon Musk, the world's second richest man, says less than 6 hours of sleep reduces productivity, at what age

Do you get less than 6 hours of sleep? This is dangerous if you do. Elon Musk, the world's second richest man, has outlined the pros and cons of sleep. Elon is the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX. They say that they now get 6 hours of sleep every night, which is why getting less sleep reduces productivity. Elon Musk was sharing the experience on the podcast show 'The Jo Rogan Experience'.

However, Musk also said that they have a lot of work to do right now. They often meet until one or two o'clock at night. According to Musk, my productivity decreases when I try to sleep less. Even though I don’t want to get more than 6 hours of sleep.

To be successful a person has to work 80 hours a week

To be successful, a person has to work at least 80 hours a week, Musk said. If you really want to change the world you live in, the working hours in a week can be up to 100 hours. There was a time when I only slept and worked for a few hours.

In 2018, Tesla employees told Business Insider that Musk has always been seen sleeping on a table, desk and even on a factory floor.

Getting 6 hours of sleep and a power nap reduces the risk of heart disease by 40%

According to research, taking a power nap with six to seven hours of sleep reduces the risk of heart disease by 40%. It also reduces the risk of migraines, blood pressure and stress.

According to research, less than 5 hours of sleep a night doubles the risk of dementia. For this, Boston researchers checked the data of 2,812 Americans and people over the age of 65.

With Power Nap you can relax, energetic, fresh and stress free

Do you take a nap for 10 to 15 minutes or half an hour a day? It's just called a power nap. That means the power nap is a small nap. You can take it during the day to relax the body.

How do you feel when you wake up from a low sleep? Relax, energetic, fresh and stress free. No matter how busy you are, this 15 minutes of sleep after work fills you up with more freshness and energy.

The American space agency NASA recently conducted a research. It turns out that a 30-minute power nap increases people's productivity.

Sleep deprivation increases the risk of weight gain and obesity

There is a connection between sleep and weight, according to research from the National Institutes of Health. Sleep deprivation increases the risk of weight gain and obesity. According to one study, adults who get only 5 hours of sleep each night gain an average weight of 80 grams in 5 nights.

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), people between the ages of 18 and 60 should get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. People between the ages of 61 and 64 should get 7 to 9 hours of sleep. About 35% of American adults get less than 7 hours of sleep.

What is the science behind getting a minimum of 6 hours of sleep?

At bedtime we should complete 4 cycles. A sleep cycle is 90 minutes. So 6 hours of sleep should be taken to complete 4 sleep cycles.

In the power nap we have NRME (Non Rapid Eye Movement) stage A movement, while the brain is waving. Eye movement has slowed down instead of stopped and body temperature has not dropped. If this happens you will go into deep sleep and waking up from there is not considered power napping.

Online Education Daily Home LEarning Video  18 February std 3 to 12

India has entered into a replacement era of online education within the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, but it creating a wedge between the haves and have nots. The growing digital divide is additionally being witnessed among rich and poor states of the country. for instance , the web has reached the utmost number of individuals in Delhi, Kerala, and Haryana, but it's still faraway from the bulk of individuals within the northeastern states, except Assam.

The DNA analysis will attempt to peep into the explanations behind the growing digital divide, which is obstructing the trail of online education in India. If you're ready to see this analysis on your mobile or an online device, then you're lucky. you ought to attempt to understand the matter of these people that aren't ready to get an education through the web despite willing to pursue it.

Although Digital India has become a necessity during the COVID-19 lockdown, the question is additionally being asked if we are ready with requisite infrastructure for online education. If the scholars belonging to each section of society are equipped to avail of online education?

In our childhood, we've heard stories about how our previous generation strived hard to urge educated. Our older generation still narrated stories on how that they had to steer for several kilometers to succeed in school, or how did they complete their studies within the light of candles or street lights. Former President of India and great scientist APJ Abdul Kalam wont to sell newspapers to continue his studies. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh wont to study under the road lights.

Ananya, who lives in an populated area , has wi-fi reception , and says she is in a position to log in to her classes and follow them easily.

"The experience is awesome and classes are going rather well . this is often our college now," she told BBC Punjabi.

But for Mahima, who lives during a village, it's been a frustrating experience.

For one, she has no home wi-fi. Instead she relies on her mobile phone's 4G signal, a standard source of internet across rural and small-town India.

But the phone signal is strongest on the terrace of her house, so Mahima often has no choice but to review there within the searing heat. Even then, she says, she may or might not be ready to join the classes online.

Teachers describe them both as "brilliant" students, but ever since classes moved online, they need found themselves on opposite sides of India's digital divide.

"I have barely attended 10-12 classes within the last one and half months. sometimes I desire crying due to the backlog. i'm so behind the syllabus."

The government has been touting online classes as a viable alternative, but unequal and patchy access to the web has meant the experience is vastly different counting on location and household income.

With quite 630 million subscribers, India is home to the world's second-largest internet user base. But connectivity remains a problem , especially since mobile data - instead of fixed line internet - is that the main source.

The signal is usually uneven, making it hard to stream videos smoothly, and electricity supply is erratic, which suggests devices often run out of charge.

Along with several researchers, i'm engaging with families across the country who are sharing stories about how they're supporting their children with education needs while schools are closed.

All of this was recently flagged by state representatives to the federal ministry of human resource development, which oversees education in India.

Online Education Daily Home Learning Video 16 February std 3 to 12

Online Education Daily Home Learning Video 16 February std 3 to 12

THESE are perilous times. the whole humanity is during a state of war against an invisible, implacable, and lethal enemy. there's no cure in view . Health systems in many places are overwhelmed. The toll of infection also as mortality is rising exponentially. Not only has the pandemic placed our life and health in jeopardy, it's what Kissinger calls “society-dissolving effects”. Our supply lines are cut, our production and distribution systems locked down, policy processes interrupted, schools and universities closed, and our very ability to reply to the crisis compromised. While the task of reversing the spread of the virus is urgent and hopefully temporary, the societal impacts are likely to last for generations.

It is a battle on two fronts. On the one hand, people got to isolate themselves to halt the spread of the virus. On the opposite hand, people got to re-emerge and reassemble as rapidly as possible to restart stalled systems.

Universities reflect this dilemma. they carry thousands of individuals together a day , which makes them exceptionally susceptible to the spread of the disease. Closing down campuses is a crucial step to regulate the spread. But universities also bring knowledge together, and are the places where solutions are going to be found. No society can risk keeping universities closed for too long. Pakistani society has already paid a high price due to past disruptions in academic activities.

Since the arrival of the crisis, policies of the upper Education Commission (HEC) are driven by these two imperatives. Support the government’s efforts to halt the spread of the disease, and begin the trouble to minimise academic disruption. Fortunately, online interaction provides a vehicle for doing so. Accordingly, HEC has asked universities to organize themselves to transition to online classes and online interaction as quickly as possible.

There are other reasons for the urgency also . We don't skills long the crisis will last. Some studies on epidemic curve modeling estimate that the lockdowns may last anywhere until September, including in countries with similar virus trajectories and lockdown dates as ours. the present lockdown of universities is in situ until May 31, but nobody can tell how long it'll be needed for. If it extends beyond May 31, students will risk losing their semester.

Unacademy has some great educators including first Women IPS officer of India, Kiran Bedi. This app provides more than 2400 video lectures and specialized courses on all kind competitive exams which have benefited more than 300,000 students even from the remotest corner of the country. It is one of the best education apps in India which has helped the students to improve their writing skills, ability to speak and enhance their knowledge.

Also, the present pandemic is probably going to steer to a fundamental restructuring of the worldwide economy, almost like people who happened after world wars, depressions, or earlier pandemics. While it's impossible to predict the precise shape of the longer term economy, there's near unanimity over the central role that information technology and virtual interaction will play in it.

The decision to shift to online classes has come under tons of criticism. Some argue that students should be promoted without studying or evaluation. Others complain about the standard of the courses and connectivity challenges faced by students from remote areas. Yet others want to enjoy a vacation. There can also be an undercurrent of hysteria a few new mode of interaction.

Basic salary and PF contribution will increase from April 1, but you will have less cash salary

Special for job class: Basic salary and PF contribution will increase from April 1, but you will have less cash salary

The structure of your celery may change in the new year so some part of the allowance may be included in your basic celery. Following the new wage rule, which will take effect in April 2021, employers can restructure your salary package. PF contributions will also increase if the government applies the new definition of salary. Companies with PF contributions may have to review the salary increment budget. Benefit plans such as gratuity and leave encashment may be increased, which may affect your take home salary under the new rule.

The celery structure may change

According to sources, the new celery structure may be implemented from next year. Under the new structure your basic salary will be 50 per cent of the total salary in any case. The basic salary (basic salary and inflation allowance in government jobs) should be 50% or more of the total salary from April. In such a case your basic salary and PF contribution will increase but take home salary i.e. your salary will decrease. The new pay rule will see a big change in the salary structure.

Benefit plans can be reviewed

Companies can now review staff benefit plans under a variety of models. This includes things like gratuity and leave encashment. In fact the same companies in which staff stays longer have come up against things like gratuity and leave encashment.

Understand how change will happen

Companies are now considering making changes to their operations as proposed in Budget 2021. If an organization adopts a broad definition of wages, it may have to increase its contribution to the provident fund. Previously, the contribution in PF depended on the basic pay, which included DA and special allowance along with the basic penny.

In India, staff working in companies are actually paid a basic pay of 30 to 50 per cent of gross salary. The structure of celery is completed by adding the remaining allowances along with it. According to experts, some companies may add up to 50 percent of their staff salary as basic pay.

The industry has two demands

The first is that the government should clearly decide which allowances will be clubbed with the basic salary and which allowances will not be given.  Online Education Daily Home Learnin Video 10 February std 3 to 12

When you move a face-to-face course the structure of the weekly content will often be defined by the topics in your face-to-face course. the most challenge won't be structuring the content but ensuring that learners have enough online activities.

Structure the course as weeks following the topics. This provides a transparent timetable. Problem-based learning also allows for learners to possess weekly activities.

It is important to make sure that the face-to-face content is moved during a way that's suitable for online learning. Powerpoint slides don't work. you would like to reorganize or redesign the content for online (the EMC instructional designers can help with this).

Designing online activities

There are a huge array of online technologies available which will help enhance learning activities. it's important however, to carefully select those that are most appropriate for your class learning outcomes. it's critical to recollect the web is a component of our lifestyle and has become integrated into contemporary society, and our teaching should reflect and acknowledge this.

Introducing a web activity to a category offers many benefits to teachers and students. However success often relies on how appropriate the activity and therefore the chosen technology are for the training context, and the way well both are integrated into the training process.

For the web learning and teaching experience to be effective, it's important that there's strong alignment between the intended learning outcomes and therefore the activities which will help develop students’ achievement of those outcomes. How you select which activity and associated technology to use can depend upon variety of factors:

A shortage of execs in science, technology, engineering, and arithmetic (STEM) fields is slowing down growth and innovation within the global knowledge economy (1–2). Developed and developing countries alike have introduced multibillion-dollar programs to extend the availability of STEM graduates (3–5). However, institutions of upper education face a requirement to curb the rising costs related to attracting qualified instructors and serving more graduates as STEM degree programs cost more to run than most other majors (6). the most important global producers of STEM graduates—China, India, Russia, and therefore the United States—are actively seeking policy alternatives to extend the cost-effectiveness of STEM education at scale (5). We present a reasonable approach to addressing this global challenge and demonstrate its efficacy during a randomized field experiment.

Experts in education and economics have touted blended or fully online content delivery as a vehicle for expanding access to education (7). Experimental or quasi-experimental evidence indicates that online and blended approaches to content delivery can produce similar or somewhat lower academic achievement compared with in-person programs (8–12). These findings are supported comparisons between the modality in fact delivery within an equivalent university or an equivalent course taught by one instructor.

Yet, scaling up affordable access to STEM education requires a concerted effort across multiple universities and instructors at the national level.

Higher levels of screen time are related to a spread of health harms, like obesity and depression. Small amountsY of daily screen use aren't harmful and should have some benefits.

It may be hard for a few kids to take a seat through a whole class. Some children might need more frequent breaks than others. Include "brain breaks" in between learning. A young child may have a fast break after staying on a task for five to 25 minutes, said Linda Carling, an associate research scientist at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education Center for Technology in Education.

Allowing time for exercise before your child is predicted to specialise in learning could be an honest idea. Repeated physical activity during school can improve children's attention. Exercise is one among the simplest ways to scale back stress and stop anxiety. you'll consider having the pc on a raised surface as some children better specialise in tasks when standing.

An easy way to know which food is adulterated at home, two drops of tincture in milk and ghee can tell if it is adulterated or not.

  Water in milk

Report to system if found to be confused after home inspection: Asi.  Commissioner

Food adulteration is on the rise and in many places raids have been rife with chemicals.  Food adulteration comes across in lab tests when not everyone can get this test done.  So how do people easily know if what they have bought is safe or not?

Rajkot District Food and Drugs Assistant Commissioner L.D.  Discussing with Faldu, he said that the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has issued a dart book i.e. Detect Alteration with Rapid Test which can be downloaded from the website and by studying it one can easily know whether it is adulterated in milk, ghee, oil, cereals.  Whether or not.

No other devices are required for this.  In some tests, iodine called tincture is found in medical stores and can be detected based on it, as it has a color-changing nature in certain blends.  Insist on the bill at the time of purchase and if there is any confusion, report it to the corporation or the district administration and direct action can be taken where the purchase is made.

Find out what foods can be tested

 Water in milk
Place a drop of milk on a smooth surface like glass.  If these droplets descend to the ground and leave a white line behind, it is pure milk, if it does not leave and flows immediately, it contains excess water.

 Starch in milk, cheese

 Starch in milk, cheese
Put two drops of tincture in milk and see if it changes color to purple and is mixed in it.  If there is cheese or mash, first boil it in water and after cooling, add tincture.

 Mashed potatoes in ghee

 Mashed potatoes in ghee
Put two teaspoons of ghee in a small glass bowl.  Put two drops of tincture iodine in it. If it is mixed, it will change color and turn blue.

 Toxic chemicals in oils

 Toxic chemicals in oils
Put a little oil in a glass bowl.  Put butter in it. If the oil turns red, it contains a toxic chemical called TOCP.

 Detergent in milk

Take a small amount of milk and add the same amount of water and then stir evenly.  Pure milk will have very little foam while when mixed it will have a thick layer of foam.

 Chili bran

Pour the chilli powder into a glass of water.  Pure chili will sit down with the same color.  The straw will float on the water.

 Grass b in cumin

Grass seeds are dipped in charcoal powder and mixed with cumin.  Take a handful of cumin in the palm and rub it. If black color appears in the palm, it is confused.

 Black pepper

Put black pepper in a glass, the black pepper will sit on the bottom and the papaya seeds mixed in it will float.

 Corrosion in tea powder

Make a small pile of tea powder and rotate the magnet around it.  Pure dust will not make a difference but corrosion or iron powder will attract magnets.

 Color in chili powder

Fill a glass with water and put chilli powder in it.  If color is added, the color will appear to separate from the powder.

 Color in turmeric

Put turmeric in a glass jar.  Pure turmeric will sit down, leaving a light yellow color.  If mixed, dark yellow color will appear.

 Sugar in honey
Put a little honey in a glass of water.  If honey dissolves in water, it will be sugar.  Pure honey does not melt.  In addition to this, put honey in the cotton wool and burn it, pure honey will burn immediately and there will be noise in the mixture.

 Confused in hing
Take hing in a steel spoon and place it near the candle.  Pure hing will burn like camphor.  If it is mixed, it will not burn.  In addition, if you mix hing in a glass, the foam will turn and it will sit on the bottom and will not melt.  To add a third mixture, add hing in water and add tincture. If the color changes, it is mixed.
